Beautiful Spring Day at WillOaks Farm

I was hoping for an overcast day but it stayed bright and sunny. But late afternoon as dusk began, I decided to see what I could do with that wonderful pink dusk light. It was a huge challenge to shoot because it was very windy and out of a hundred photos...a small collection today and another for tomorrow are what I could salvage.

A lot is blooming now, especially as it was over 80 F today. But it's going to cool down over the weekend, which will slow down this amazing show. Crazy to wait all year for Spring gardens, then have it shoot past in a couple of weeks with all this early hot weather.

Happy Friday everyone!

What are those incredible flowers in the first picture? They look like tulips all bent over but the texture on the petals - amazing. And I cold almost smell the hyacinths...::sigh::

Just beautiful I wish I had gardens like yours. We've had the same kind of crazy weather. It was 80 yesterday and today it's cooled way down.
