I just realized the other day that the approach of St. Patrick's Day happens to coincide with the time I begin to reach the breaking point in yearning for the sight of green outside....imagine that, I just figured it out. (Insert a duh here.)
So I dug out a bunch of the greens that tend toward "emerald green" from my big green collection here...and voila, another addition to my new crocheted silk series. I posted the piece this weekend and it garnered a lot of hearts...cool! You can click on the picture here if you'd like to read more details...otherwise, have a green dream sort of day! Those are crisp and pretty and while I am not a fan of the color green I think I like the lighter greens better. (I'm still coveting the purple/amethyst flower earrings. Saw them again today at your etsy store).
The green jewelry is gorgeous and so appropriate for this time of year. I heard that the weather here will be in the 50's next week. Maybe enough snow will melt so that I can see the real damage done by these past storms. We have already lost two fifty-year old pines. Oh well, Spring will be here before too lonng. Thanks for the reminder!
I like green too. I like to wear it in spring when green is popping up everywhere. It is coming soon, I've been hearing the birds singing in the morning!

I like the color green but it doesn't like me. I once found a beautiful green sweater and bought it without trying it on. When I got it home and pulled it over my head I instantly saw how horrible the color looks on me.
