Necklaces for Many Tastes at WillOaks Studio

More new pearls coming soon!

Photo collages link directly to more information
except when pieces haven't been listed yet.

More "extra long" necklaces coming soon.

Necklaces and neck pieces seem to be among my more inventive forms and also the more popular items in my Etsy and Artfire shops. Since I've been exploring this "form" for several years now, I've developed quite a range of designs that are "not just ordinary necklaces." I've over-viewed a selection of the designs that are either currently available or that will soon be listed. In my Etsy shop, I divide the neck pieces into three sections. They are: Necklaces, Pearls for Necks and Ears, and Pendants. Not too creative with the words, I know, but meant to communicate my organizing system.

Personally, I don't really have a favorite because I think these reflect a fairly broad range of ideas and looks. I wear them all and then some! And if pressed for a favorite, it would probably be the ones currently challenging me on my work bench-which of course you haven't seen quite yet. I know my work isn't for everyone...sometimes, I'm a little too far out there for some, and that's OK! Other times, I'm told I'm making "just the thing" a person was looking for...who knows?

I hope your Thanksgiving was a nice one and thanks for visiting my blog while I've been away traveling for the holiday. I hope to have some brand new images to use for show and tell tomorrow!!

I've always loved the luscious sheen of pearls. The combination of pearls and red is absolutely stunning!

Soooo beautiful creations to admire at the same time ! The labradorite briolettes are just gorgeous.
Love too the earthy tones of the 4th necklace, but, to be honest, i love them all.
