These Call the Garden Home

A lot of creatures call the farm and gardens here at WillOaks "home." Many are welcome here and I especially enjoy watching the butterflies and moths. We usually have a nice group of Monarch butterflies born here as there are 3 kinds of Asclepias (their host plant) and it is abundant.

I recently visited a butterfly conservatory in Niagara Falls. Fascinating place to visit. Your photos are a wonderful reminder of a fine day.

Thanks so much for all the compliments on my photos! A quick note about the monarch...I believe it had just emerged from its' chrysallis and wasn't quite dried or stretched out. The wings are brilliant, but not quite straight as they will become.
