Citronella Lily

This is one of my all time favorite lilies! I carried it with me from gardens I had out west and it's slowly taking hold in a few different locations here at WillOaks Farm.

What charms me is the way these glorious yellow blossoms face downward and remind me of bells. Mature specimens are quite tall and have a wonderful branching character.

What an interesting flower...I've never seen one upside-down as this. Really beautiful color. I, too, like to take plants when I move. Sometimes it's unbearable to leave them behind! I can see why you took this one along.
