Giraffe amaryllis, my oldest living bulb from about 1996, is in bloom this week-a second sister bulb has the tip of the bud emerging.
A second "Christmas cactus" is back in full bloom and is loaded with new buds.
And my buddha has emerged from the snow bank that has covered that part of the garden most of the time since about December 1, 2008.
